Reservations
Rates are based per singe or
double occupancy, taxes included.
Minimum stay: two nights.
Up two four people in room.
$5 per extra person
Full payments are required in order to confirm your reservation
through our paypal account.
You will receive an email confirmation once we reserve
your room.
We will be accepting walk ins only if we have available
rooms.
We are not able to process credit cards in our house,
we only take cash,
travelers or cashiers checks.
Cancellations
You will receive full refund if you cancel 15 days prior
your visit.
If you cancel in between the 8th and the 14th day prior
your visit you will receive 50% refund.
No refund if you cancel 7 days prior your arrival date.
No refunds in you are a no show or you already checked
in.
Check in and out
Check in 2 p.m.
Check out 12 p.m.
Prohibitions
We do not allow smoking inside
the rooms only in the outside open areas.
We do not allow pets.
No children under 10 years old.
